Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Only two small things- shower space is too small and no AC. May be AC is not as much important because it never gets to hot here anyway. Instead they do have fan. So not bad. Overall I will give 4.5 stars for sure.

It faces a plaza. When we woke up Saturday morning we had a market at our door. It was delightful. The breakfast buffet was typical European buffet with some lovely Kinder bars.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location with superb service!!! It is very convenient to shopping and dining. The room was spacious, very clean, and overlooked the plaza. We arrived on early afternoon Saturday, and there was a market on the plaza so we were not able to drive our car to the hotel for valet parking. We parked very nearby on another plaza and walked to the hotel with our bags. We told the gentleman we wanted to use their valet parking and told him where we were parked. Well, we parked our car in the wrong place and could have gotten a ticket. He quickly checked us in and went to move our car to the proper location!!! We arrived before check-in and he put our bags in a locked room. When checking out, he retrieved our car and loaded our bags for us. I highly recommend this hotel as the location and service is awesome.

This is the perfect place to stay in the old town, the hotel is wonderful! It’s very clean, easy to access, staff is extremely helpful in answering questions about where to eat and things to do. If I return to Lucerne I will definitely stay here again
