I had a two day stay and found the location very close to all famous places. Room size and quality was exceptionally good for the value. All modern features were available. Receptionist Marya was so good in her job. Will love to come back.

Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much.

The property is located in an interesting part of the city but close to government offices and other sites. It’s clean and modern with very good staff and service. Only issue is that the room doors close automatically and basically slam shut very loudly which is disturbing. Many guests don’t seem to care about annoying others. Perhaps the hotel can do something about that.

Highly recommended property in heart of Lucknow

It was an awesome stay in modern Renaissance Hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Specially Front Office Manager Syed Faizan Naqvi is very cooperative in accommodating guest needs and requirements. Appreciate his assistance in making my stay pleasurable. Room is tidy and 5/5 rank. Housekeeping staff was eager to assist. While taking breakfast I forgot my spects and Malayja gave it back to me. Breakfast selection was wide variety with western and Indian cuisines. All together highly recommend this property to stay.

Stay next door at the Taj.

Decent hotel, nothing more, for the price. It is not really a 5 star hotel, but good at 4 stars. Not sure who gives the awards stars. Heat did not work in the room (air con did, but it was cold), the mini-refrigerator did not work. The same day laundry was ready at the end of the next day, so glad we didn't have to check out that day. A lot of the food was too salty, not as bad as India overall, but not 5 star quality at all.
