"Great staff, elegant facility. Be aware that english is a little rough or not existent with some overnight staff. (thats ok with us). We enjoyed the relative proximity to bodegas and Hwy 7 (mountain access). The kitchen amenities/utensils, tools etc are pretty sparse but we made due with simple dinners for 4 nights. Breakfast served to room! Loved the corner room with two sliders to a great balcony with great views. Would stay here again. Had a strange situation with the shower splashing...

"This was a bit of an odd stay for my husband and I. The property, grounds, and winery were nothing short of stunning. The staff was friendly, but everything seemed a little unorganized and discombobulated. When we arrived we were told we needed a reservation for the restaurant or pizzeria and they were only open for lunch. This was a little off putting as that was not mentioned in advance and we had looked forward to helping ‘prepare’ dinner with the chefs as it’s noted you can do on their...

"This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "
