"A hotel used on and off for over 20 years but it desperately needs reconstruction. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer and the window only opens a few centimetres. Also what use is a bar that's only open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1500? Staff though are excellent and deserve a better working environment. "

"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. "Parking in front of the hotel is expensive so I parked in the nearby garage, making luggage management a bit challenging. The room was pleasant but work was being done right outside my window so it was a bit noisy in the morning. The area is wonderful with excellent restaurants within minutes outside the entrance. The free breakfast was very good."

"We came there, took a shower witch was good. Went down to the resturant and had a drink and then ate. The food was excellent, i had a white tail steak and it was perfect. Tender meat with oven roasted potatoes. Everthing was excellent and not expensive. We paid about 20 bucks for the food and the rooms was really nice aswell. Definitely recommending this to everyone. They have a pool/spa aswell with massage."

"Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day."
