"The view from this apartment is fantastic, and the underground parking great. Within walking distance from a range of grocery stores and restaurants. The functionality of the "kitchen", however, was very limited as there were no bowls, knives or teaspoons. A drying rack for towels or swimwear would also be a good to have."

"This apartment is a great size for a couple or even a family of 4! Our bed was was on a separate level which we loved and we had our own patio space! The grocery store is no more then a 5 minute walk and the main strip was no more then a 20 minute walk! "

"It has been the worst experience of my life. The owner was rude and kept brushing me off kept saying that he was going to show everything and he didnât we constantly had to ask for more clean towels. The beds were very uncomfortable, constantly had to ask for them to come clean the room. We were told they should come every 3 days to clean that didnât happen when we requested to leave he lied saying he couldnât because Expedia had the money we contacted Expedia we were told that they couldn't...

"Great people at the hotel, a bit of a hassle getting there and the communication before was to say the least very poor. But the room was nice and the area is amazing just very expensive compared to rest of southern Albania. Suited for upper class in terms of prices. Get a car to drive around the southern Albania is my recommendation "

"We were a bit nervous with only 2 reviews at the time of booking, but we couldnât be more pleased with the stay! Very clean and all staff very friendly. Pool area very clean and well maintained. Pool bar was on the expensive side, but they have no problem with drinks from shop next door being brought in. Fantastic location for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday, only a short walk along the coast to the lively part of Ksamil. Would definitely be back "

"The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience. "

"Cute little hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely splurge on the sea facing rooms, the balcony was the highlight of our stay. I believe itâs run by a husband/wife Albanian duo and staffed by a few of the kindest Pilipino women. Everyone was very helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and beach towels were provided daily.
A few things I would have liked to know before booking or upon check in:
Parking costs extra and is down the street. Not a problem but it was a bit hard to find. A map would have been useful.
The hotel provides passes for beach chairs and the beach down the street. A huge plus and something we loved but a map of how to find it would also have been useful.
It is a bit noisy, walls are thin and music from the bars goes on until about midnight, but wasnât a huge problem for us.
The door handle of our room was broken the whole time, as was the toilet seat. Not a big problem, both worked well enough but I was surprised that neither were fixed.

"This hotel is spendid. Its very clean, staff is kind. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious.
However with the location, the street and area look very poor. The street badly needs a repavement.
If you enjoy spending all day at the beach, maybe hit the bar or restaurant later and sleep, this is the perfect place.
Overall id give it a 10/10"
