Confusing check-in procedure

The info sign for calling someone related to chech-in should be placed on the table in front of where the natural check-in guest woud stand. Not on the side where few people will see it. I spent 1/2 an hour waiting and looking for the personell.

Hotel is quite nice but check in needs help. There is no onsite reception, just a sign to go to the address of an affiliated hotel. This is not real helpful if you can’t look up the address, being absent a Swedish mobile plan and phone’s navigation. A simple arrow to the right with next turn left would have been helpful. The affiliated hotel was close, but no one at that reception either, just a note to call for assistance. Again, not real helpful to a traveler without Swedish mobile service.

Varmt, problemer med å sove

Bodde fire varme dager i juli. Ikke AC på rommet, og selv om betjeningen var veldig behjelpelig med å skaffe vifter virket det som hele hotellet slet med dårlig ventilasjon. Grei mat, godt og variert pålegg, bordene bør tørkes over når de ryddes.

Litet rum på nedre botten, gick därför inte att vädra ordentligt. Med högsommarvärme blev det otroligt instängt och vansinnigt varmt. Frukost helt ok. Tyckte priset var på tok för dyrt för vad man fick

Hotelli on aivan keskustassa. Auton sai aivan oven eteen. Huone oli hyvän kokoinen ja siisti. Vuoteet olivat hyvät. Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja todella runsas Oltiin helteellä matkalla. Hotellissa ei ollut ilmastointia. Onneksi oli oma puhallin mukana.

Trevligt hotell med bra centralt läge, alla rum i markplan, mycket bra frukost, trevlig och hjälpsam personal, dessutom välutrustat gästkök med liten matsal vilket alla hotell borde ha.

Centralt trevlig B&B i Luelå

Trevligt litet B&B som även är hotell. Bra frukost. Smidig incheckning. Fint gästkök där man kunde tillreda egen måltid och ha egna grejor i kylskåp. Tillmötesgående när vi skulle checka ut, vi fick ställa in vårt bagage på deras kontor efter utcheckning tills tåget skulle gå.
