"Stained and stinky sofa bed. Unclear communication on check in/out process. Check in office was unstaffed at the time of check in. I don't think we'll stay at other Vacasa properties again. "

"This is a STUDIO - not a 3 bedroom condo.
Not sure what the "3 Br Condo" means in the title of it.
Booking was handled through Red Awning so I don't know if they didn't have the original 3 bedroom available I had booked so they stuck me in a studio? Not cool.
The condo is at River Mountain Lodge which is the perfect location a block away from downtown and just crossing 1 street and a parking lot to the gondola. River Mountain Lodge is my favorite place to stay in Breck, just avoid this...

"The weather turned really cold and the unit we were in had not had it's heat turned on. The staff found us a space heater without hesitation. This was our third visit to River Mountain."
"Beautiful Mountain View location. In winter you can slide in to your hotel right from the ski slopes! We went in summer time, making for gorgeous walkable days where we enjoyed many shops and restaurants. If you don't feel like walking, no worries, they offer a complimentary shuttle service as well."
"My recent stay at The Grande when I was in Colorado visiting my son was wonderful. I was very comfortable there and had easy access to everything that Breckenridge has to offer as well as being close to Fairplay, where he lives. The hotel was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the grotto, the bar, the scenery, and my room very much. I enjoyed having a kitchenette and small living area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back! "
