"Simply tragic:
The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!).
Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.).
The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent.
The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature.
The check-in link did not arrive on time.
The bed was not flat.

"The villa is beautiful, the bungalow unit was perfect for 3 teenagers, just next to the pool. The double room was on the ground floor next to the dinning room but still was quite. The staff are friendly and willing to assist you, the garden is best area for relaxing or playing. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The valley area is must for exploring by car and walk.
Only you have to know the water in the shower are a bit salty and the temperature is not stable - cycles of hot and cold...

"Everything went well, but the cleaning cost seems a bit high and at no point during the booking process I was aware of it. It came as a surprise after booking was confirmed. I felt that this is a bit dishonest and just a money grab! "
