On arrival they said that there is a mistake with the price on hotels.com and that breakfast will not be served (it was included in the reservation).
We had problems with the heating, it was not possible to regulate from the room so at first it was cold, then it became too hot during the night. "

"Travelled with my two daughters. What great stay! The hotel is very new and with great standard. The people working in reception and not at least the restaurant are lovely. So friendly and helpful. We will return to same place.

"Lovely hotel, nice pool, and fabulous outlook. Be aware that it's up the steep hill above Vlore beach if walking is your mode of transport!
We only had breakfast twice as we had an early start (breakfast is from 8), and one day there wasn't much available.
Would have been nice to have tea making facilities in room, but otherwise very happy!"

The beach chairs were in rough shape and that area was not well maintained at all. The room however was very nice! Just dont expect anything from the private beach area. Pay the money to go to a decent beach."

"Wonderful Stay!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right across from the beach. The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, charming, and very well maintained.
What really made the experience special was the hospitality. The manager, his wife Lola, and his sister Rosa were all incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm and attentive service made me feel welcome and well taken care of.
If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great service and a beautiful setting, I highly recommend this hotel.

The first time, I accepted the alternative, which was very nice. The second time, I did not because I wanted to be close to this location. They refused to refund my stay. "
