"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. Das Wlan hat so gut wie garnicht funktioniert. Weiterhin sollte die Einfahrt dringend erneuert werden. Diese ist sehr eng, steil und teilweise sandig. Mit einem normalen PKW setzt man dort auf! "We were warmly welcomed by the kind staff throughout our stay… registration, housekeeping, bar and breakfast. That made the stay memorable. The hotel itself is classic old school with period details that transport to another era. That having been said, our room was well appointed with modern conveniences including a fantastic bed and triple-paned? windows overlooking the scenic piazza below. "
