"The location was great. Close to the train and the beach...As noted the stairs are steep and the shower...not so much the size inside but the door was very tight to get inside. No housekeeping during our stay. The room was good otherwise. "

The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. "The room was clean but to access the room is kinda complicated with the code, keycard and key. We felt almost too safe with all the locks on the doors. We overall recommand it because of the location."
