"The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. She assisted us with carrying our luggage, warmly welcomed us at the Speakeasy, and even recommended an excellent wine that was not on the menu. Her leadership was evident in the outstanding service provided by the entire team, as the front desk and restaurant staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay."

"We loved staying here and plan to visit again. Only a few issues. 1.Some of us had our showers start to get cold towards the end. 2. There were stains on some of the towels. 3. As I was putting the sheets on the bunk beds I noticed there was hair and debris surrounding the mattress as well in some of the sheets."

"I had an amazing stay in Cardinal. The room is clean, the towels are feels like fresh from the laundry and the appliances are so useful. I recommend this place because it’s like 15 mins away from shenandoah Thornton Entrance."
Hotel Laurance

"My husband and I loved the unique Hotel Laurance. It is so beautiful and well done. Our room had a lovely kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. The building is old, but completely renovated and has no elevator. We did have to walk up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor and then a few steps in front of the door to our room. The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. Jenn, the manager, was always available to answer any questions I had and the self check in process was very easy to do. We wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to travel in the area again sometime just so we can stay there again!"
