"The staff handling enquires through Expedia is the only saving grace of this hotel. She was most helpful to my enquiry to buy long distance bus tickets. Of course i understand that I am paying a budget price but to have baby cockroaches crawling out of the crevices in table in the room is petrifying, dirty and scary. Myself and my colleagues were left having to find another hotel, as we left the airport and found out there were no rooms for us, even through the booking was confirmed on Hotels.com We're now liaising with Hotels.com for a refund.
