The hotel was quiet and spotlessly clean. The staff were all super friendly. The young blonde lady (whose name I shamefully can’t remember) spoke fluent English, which helped tremendously, as my German is sadly very poor 😬. There were a few other members of staff who also kindly spoke a little English, of which I very much appreciated. My only real gripe was the pillows could be better.. also tea & coffee making facilities in the room would’ve been a nice thing to have. Food was excellent in the restaurant. Breakfast was mostly continental, which was reasonably good, although a cooked English breakfast or equivalent would be a fabulous welcome alternative. Otherwise my stay over 3.5 weeks was very good. The town is a lovely friendly place to visit, with lots of history, good selection of local shops, and literally just a 2 minute walk from the hotel is a Domino’s pizza, this was nice to have as naughty treat.! There’s also what appeared to be a nice Italian restaurant just another 2 minutes from Dominos, unfortunately I didn’t get to try it out.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Eisleben.

Mein Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es ist mir nur aufgefallen, dass es wenig Ablagemöglichkeit gab - ein kleiner Tisch oder ähnliches würde da Abhilfe schaffen. Der Teppich und die Sitzgelegenheiten waren schon gut gebraucht.

Nur wenige Monita: Die Sauberkeit des Teppichbodens im Zimmer ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Leider, wie auch einen anderen Hotels, ist die Brot und Brötchenqualität zum Frühstück zu bemängeln. Ansonsten sind meine Erwartungen erfüllt worden.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Das Hotel machte einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Keinen Wunsch offen ließ das Frühstücksangebot. Vom Vegetarischen bis zum Herzhaften war alles möglich.

Service, Personal ist nett, zuvorkommend, deutsch. Zimmer, leider für diesen Preis, sehr dürftig, Risse in der Wand, Staub, TV Fernbedienung funktionierte nur teilweise, morgens Duschen, kein Wasserdruck, es plätscherte nur ein wenig raus... Schade, bei den Superbewertungen im Vorfeld und den Zimmerpreisen hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

Schönes in die Jahre aber gekommenes Hotel mit rustikalem Ambiente. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Eisleben ist der „Graf“ empfehlenswert.

Direkt am Marktplatz

Sehr freundlicher Service. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett bequem. Das Bad ist Standard, aber sehr sauber. Parken war kostenlos im Hof möglich.
