shower head was out of the wall--the wall mount needs to be remounted.
obvious stains on the couch (a fabric cleaning machine from olly's will work wonders and its affordable)--I used a towel to cover the office chair, it was visibly dirty.
The fridge needs to be replaced--once the parts are cracked and you can see the inner workings of the fridge, its time to replace it.
There was hair everywhere, I am aware that hair flies, but try the sticky things, they pick up a lot of hair and flying debris"
