"An excellent hotel for concerts at the NEC, very easy to get to from Birmingham International Station, hotel has excellent facilities including leisure club/pool. Would definitely use again."

"This is a lovely hotel very close to the train station. The area between the station and the hotel felt a little unsafe at night. The shower and bath were complicated to use and couldn’t get the b to fill without emptying at the same time. Dinner was good but hot breakfast was cold. Would stay here again as the staff were lovely and the rooms very pleasant "

"Arrived late so can’t really give a fair review however, the room was nice and comfortable (quirky with a mezzanine balcony and the bedroom and bathroom on the upper split level). Only criticism would be there was only one remote for the tv and when I was up it was down and vice versa, also the taxi cab driver complained he had no where to wait for me in the AM and was extremely rude. Other than that it appeared to be a really nice hotel. "

"Parking was underground, which was great as it was chucking it down! Straight out of the car into lift up to reception, very friendly and smiley staff greeted us. Check in was super quick and off we went to our room. Room was great, twin room with plenty of space, clean and tidy with little delights of posh coffee and bottled water. Shower was awesome very powerful loved it. We popped up to the roof top bar and restaurant, just for cocktails which where delicious. Amazing place, great views over the lake, again friendly staff. Secret garden we didn't find still breakfast time, but worth a visit if you do stay. Breakfast was great lots to choose from highly recommend Eggs benedict and i got runny eggs. Will definitely be back to stay again. "

"Place could do with a spruce up in places but the carpets seem new, the room was very good and the place is very busy. Staff friendly and helpful. Use Uber for taxis. "
