"I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. "The bus stop into town being nearby was useful. The air conditioning was a blessing, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. I was disappointed with the opening times of both the restaurant and the pool - I wasn't able to use either in my free time at the hotel because the pool only opened at 5pm on the Friday, which seems odd. I used the little market inside the hotel, which was a great idea, though I didn't appreciate being watched like a hawk by one of the staff who came over specifically to keep an eye on me. If you're going to provide a non-attended checkout then you need to have some level of trust there, otherwise you might as well just station a member of staff there all the time."

"Sparkling clean, aesthetically appealing, beautifully articulated hotel. Champagne and lemon water always available in the comfortable lobby. Room was spacious and the fragrant scent is noticed throughout the property. Across the street from the gare and also walkable to the town centre (although trams and buses are clean, free, modern and run frequently) LOVED everything about this hotel."
