"The staff went above and beyond. I was using the laundry facilities, and my daughter fell asleep and bolting the door. I was unable to open the door with my key card and couldn’t wake up with my banging, and the staff calling multiple times. The maintenance came in the middle of the night and manually humble to the door for me. I call that service and he did it with a smile. I was more embarrassed. The breakfast was top-notch as well! I will most definitely stay at this hotel when I’m visiting this area! The room was spacious and the mini kitchen and regular size fridge was a plus and very helpful!"

"Just about everything was great for our stay. Clean hotel, clean room. Nice breakfast. Even delicious brownies in the lobby. Kathy at the front desk was great. Only two things that could be improved is the hot water for our showers was not overly hot and the closed captioning on the TV wouldn't work. Pretty nice stay though."

"My check-in was EXCELLENT! Associate was friendly and efficient!! Great experience. I arrived at night, it was dark outside. As far as I could see everything was very well maintained. It was raining the next morning ... but again, property appeared very well maintained. I requested to be on main floor, with minimal walking due to mobility concerns and my need were accommodated nicely, my needs were met. Room was very clean, comfortable and in good repair. Great experience, I highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I am in the area; very convenient to interstate."
