Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us an early check-in, which made a huge difference after our travel. The manager, Mimo, personally assisted us and was truly outstanding. He helped us plan all of our activities and made every arrangement seamless, making our trip completely stress-free. The food was incredible—we enjoyed it so much that we decided to have all of our meals at the hotel. From the exceptional service to the overall experience, everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
This hotel exceeded all expectations. Mr. Momen’s helpfulness was exceptional: always present, friendly and ready to help us with any need, making our stay truly unforgettable.
Another highlight is the Skylouge restaurant on the rooftop terrace, which offers a breathtaking view. We enjoyed delicious food with always cheerful service: a magical experience that we recommend to everyone.
We highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place to stay.
The location is superb, located on West Bank which is quiet area! We had the room with balcony facing the Nile!
Also, you can enjoy sunset and mountain view from their modest Sky Lounge.
You just need to cross the street and take boat to go to East Bank where all tourist restaurants and Souks on Nile border.
The Hotel team and personal are very warm, they treat you like a family and take care of your needs and help you arranging your trips and adventures. My son booked through them Hot Balloon Tour over The Kings Valley, and was great experience.
If you are looking for basic, clean room with great view, then you have found your stay at Luxor.

This place is very well situated for getting around to the Valley of the Queens, The Valley of the Nobles and more plus you can just hop on a boat (200EGP) return fare to go cross the Nile to other amazing historical sites in Luxor. It has a great deck up top with awesome views up and down the Nile. The staff here could not be more helpful. Food is fine (no alcohol and please note that this is very common here being a Muslim country). Rooms are sparse but adequate. If you want everything to be just perfect then pay more and stay somewhere else such as the other side of the river. Yes you have east and west side to choose from most if not all the high end hotels are on the East bank.
The staff/owner/manager made you feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. They helped to carry our luggage to our rooms. There is no elevator, only stairs, but it wasn't too bad.
The hotel is right on the water. The wifi was good.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The AC worked perfectly on warm days.
The hotel offers airport transfers at reasonable costs, as well as other tour services (Nile cruises and Hot air balloons, etc)
They also offer laundry services, but it was very pricey. There is a local laundry services 2 blocks away that is much more reasonable.
They have a restaurant with delicious food and amazing views of the nile; the prices were very reasonable. Their free breakfast was delicious.
There is a small market at the entrance of the hotel which we stopped by everyday for bottled water, sodas, etc.
Motorboat transportation is just a 2 minute walk away. They will take you to the east bank. One-way cost is about 100 EGP before small tip.
This hotel easily scores a 10/10 for me. We hope to return again some day.
Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for. Breakfast was good and filling. The area on the West Bank is good but if you need to visit the East Bank (Karnak and/or Luxor Temple), you’ll need to take a ferry (take the people’s ferry for 40 egy pounds roundtrip - Google maps will help you).
Otherwise, you’ll get the typically hassling in Egypt but somewhat less than Giza or Cairo.
There is a small convenience shop down at the entrance but they price gouge a little bit like 15 egyp for large water bottle but the shops on the main road going into the West Bank area, 5 egyp so look around for sure. Good location for restaurants very very nearby, 2 mins from the hotel walking (again see google maps reviews). Otherwise, good stay in the West Bank
This place was very quaint. The room was spacious as a family of four we all had our own bed. The balcony was great for drying clothes after our morning runs to the temples and monuments. Early is better. The breakfast prepared by Mohamed and his friends was perfect for us. The coffee is instant and the juice is not free.m, but accurately priced for fresh juice not watered down. We just didn’t know before. The breakfast was a vegetable omelet with cucumbers, tomatoes, and cheese spread. Local bread was served with jam but I used it for the omelet wrap I made. Each day and multiple times Mahamoud and Ahmed (I hope I have that right) always checked in with us, had kind words and sage advice. The water I. The room was always hot. The room had an outside and BR sink and it was great for a family of four and one BR. They even gave us a space heater which my husband loved. This hotel will help you with anything you like while you are on the West Bank for sure!
Our "room" was a roomy two bedroom apartment, much better than a standard hotel room. The hotel is family owned and managed, somebody is always available if you need. There is a restaurant/breakfast area on the last floor with a spectacular view of the Nile. Tours can be booked through them with competitive prices.

Good budget choice
The hotel was a great budget choice. Comfortable & spacious, but best of all was service & location. Close to west bank sights and river
Big rooms and very nice breakfast spread. Kind staff who were generous with advice and help when asked. Helped us tailor our itinerary for our stay, made us feel welcome. An extra thanks for the driver Mahmoud who made our adventures around Luxor extra comfortable.
