Every member of the hotel staff is beyond kind & accommodating, the food is outstanding, and the views around the property are amazing. I highly recommend this if your looking for a luxe experience. "The A/C wasn’t working, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. We went to Pfistern for dinner, but they said they didn’t have any reservation for us, even though the hotel had assured us they called. Anyway, overall it was just an okay experience. The staff was friendly, though."

"Beautifully renovated and modern room, conveniently located near the station. Enjoy stunning balcony views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wonderful variety with a cozy, farmhouse atmosphere. The food is delicious, the coffee selection excellent, and while check-in is self-service, the team on-site is warm and attentive throughout your stay. Loved our stay, would definitely comeback. "

"Self service check in did not work even after the room was supposed to be ready. Did not recieve any code to my room. Luckily the nice staff helped me check in over the phone. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Well cleaned room and nice touch with the complimentary toothbrush and paste. "
