"Noden is a wonderful modern accommodation in a beautiful building with significant unobstructed stunning views of Phnom Penh throughout. Generous-sized rooms with solid construction and enjoyable ambient lighting makes it feel like home. The rooftop pool is so wonderful, along with the sitting areas around it. Huge gym has updated and useful equipment. The management and staff are most professional and eager to be helpful. Definitely would return again!"

"The help spys on their guests, i heard them in the next room making fun of me, knowing exactly what i was doing as i was doing it. The only way being is that they were peeping toms. Im sick and disgusted about the whole situation and if i couldve recorded them talking about me, id seek legal recourse. I recommend not staying there unless you like people spying on you. This is the gods honest truth and not some inagination or some kind of. vendetta. iscthat rhey were "

Plantation Urban Resort & Spa

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It was an oasis in the middle of the busy, and rather chaotic city. The staff was super friendly. We are a family of five (kids were 14, 12, 9) and booked two rooms. They had us on two different floors. They were very accommodating when we asked if there were two rooms closer together. Breakfast was phenomenal. They had cereals, a wide variety of fruit, western hot choices, asian hot choices, pastries, breads, salad bar, noodle soup station, charcuterie, egg station and more!! The pool was relaxing and clean. There was always a tuk tuk outside the hotel but we walked to most places. (Sisowath quay/royal palace was about 15 minutes away/market about 20 minutes) We took a tuk tuk home in the rain one night and it was 3$. We were sad to leave and highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property! "

"The breakfast was our favorite part. Freshly-baked croissants brought table side was such a nice touch—and the croissants are fantastic. Rooms are nicely appointed and definitely better than what you may find for Hyatt properties in the US. The rooftop bar had great views of the Tonle Sap meeting the Mekong, the Royal Palace grounds, riverside activity. Walk Street is a couple of blocks away. TikTok’s and transportation are easy to come by with Grab. Would love to stay at this property again."

"The Raffles Hotel is a stunning example of a colonial time. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast choice and quality is absolutely great. The rooms are quiet and offer the peaceful athmosphere to relax from a busy work day. The Elephant Bar is a great place to relax in style. Perfect hotel to syay in Phnom Phen."
