"Lovely accommodation, clean, modern, pretty and spacious garden, safe off road parking. 3 very comfy bedrooms, nice living room with dining table. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as utility room with washing machine. The road is a bit noisy with very fast traveling, but we soon got used to this. It wouldn't put us off staying here again. The location of cottage is close to many lovely attractions including Forest of Dean, Clearwell Caves and Puzzle Wood."

"The apartment is very nice (if a little run-down and stained) and well-located for the university. There is a lot of space, and the beds are very comfortable, although it is quite hot and there was only one fan. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fact that one bedroom was crawling with bedbugs. "I had a wonderful stay at Newport Student Village! It was only a short 10 minute walk to central Newport and if you walk 5 more minutes you will be at the bus station which will take you everywhere you need to go. The room lacked decoration but that was something I expected as the facility is used to house students. I did have a bathroom, so that was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I would 100% stay here again! "
