"Very clean, helpful staff, private, sound-proof, and super-romantic. The cheapest room was still very large with high ceilings, not cramped at all like typical hotel rooms.
It's an old place; my family lives in the area and told stories about the property in the '70s. Our 90 year old friend said "Oh! That's been there forever. You didn't have to be MARRIED to go there" and blushed a little hee hee.
For the cheapest room, the hot tub barely fit two people, but jets worked, it was very clean and nice. The two headed shower was a bonus. They gave us a free bottle of blueberry sangria upon checking in. I see there are much bigger rooms there, some with actual pools in them. The grounds are very nice; we watched bunnies squirrels and birds hop about the property. As said, it's an old place, there was a very minor stain on the carpet, but didn't bother us one bit. Can't wait to return."
