"The room was nice. I thought I was getting a handicap room for my mother. Nothing was available. Some guests don't follow the rules. There is no smoking in the hotel. People were smoking pot outside WITH the doors open...smh.. the person on duty did address this with the customers. Very much appreciated. The breakfast(s) they had were good and they always had the coffee containers full! The associates were always helpful and cheerful 😊 Thank you for making our stay worth our time."

"My daughter and I stayed here for family weekend at Liberty University. I was late in getting a reservation and there were not too many hotels left. We were not sure how Brentwood Inn and Suites were going to be but I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was not a pool or fitness center - I could not have asked for a cleaner hotel room. It was spotless and it was great to see the staff thoughtfully cleaning all the rooms and washing the windows etc. It was close to everything and conveniently located. I would highly recommend the hotel if you are looking for a clean place to stay and a great staff."

"Upon arrival we could not turn on bedside lights or the TV. They were unplugged. We found that the outlets were behind furniture and could not be reached. A hotel assistant gladly moved the furniture and plugged the items in. There were tiny flies (smaller than a fruit fly) flying around the room. I killed several of them. The hotel is an older facility, built before the widespread use of hand-held devices that need to be charged. There are not enough outlets to work with or recharge these devices."

"Great place to stay 20-30 minutes from Lynchburg. Rates are really good. Hotel is charming, free buffet breakfast was adequate. Rooms could use more updating, shower had peeling paint, but overall for the price of the rooms a good place to stay"

"Room and bathroom were very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t say much about the tv reception, picture was really poor but it was Direct TV so that may have been the issue. The constant dinging of the entrance door bell was irritating since our room was close to the entrance."
