"Overall, we had a very good stay here and would stay again. Check-in was smooth, the gentleman helping us at the front desk was professional, accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He helped us arrange the complimentary airport shuttle for our very early 6:00 AM flight; explained you couldn't show up it had to be scheduled. I mentioned I was nervous about cutting it too close, he recommended a 4:30 AM shuttle. The room itself was clean, spacious, comfortable had a microwave and mini fridge. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. The only issue we ran into was with the airport shuttle as it did not arrive at the scheduled time. When I went to ask about it at 4:29 AM, the woman working was unfortunately not very reassuring or empathetic. She told me I was being unreasonable because the shuttle was booked for 4:30 and it was not technically late yet, then explained the driver was the only one working and would be there in about 10 minutes. The shuttle ultimately arrived 12 minutes late and everything did work out, however it definitely made the airport experience much more rushed than we had planned for, especially after specifically trying to avoid that situation when scheduling transportation. That said, I would absolutely stay here again. My only recommendation to future guests with early flights would be to schedule an earlier shuttle than you think you need, just to give yourself some extra buffer time."
