"We were on the 3rd floor and the noise level from neighboring rooms was a bit loud, especially when water was running. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical continental offerings. Easy check-in/out."

"The hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. The pool was very cloudy. Would have been nice to be advised before getting my hopes up for a possible hot tub for my sore back. No notice posted and front desk did not advise either."

"I truly hate to tell you how amazing this place is because I donโt want to be booked constantly when I want to book it in the future. Best hotel Iโve stayed in in 50 years says the 73-year-old grandmother of 10.. The hot tub was so helpful and the grandchildren absolutely loved the pool. The tomato soup and cheese sandwiches were the best I have ever tasted and my daughter-in-law agreed. ALocation is perfect for back to school shopping Christmas shopping and most Seattle locations are still a very quick driveโฆ. Please donโt come and book the hotel before I get it booked. I have stayed at the Mayflower park and the Sorrento for 30 years, but I have a new favourite now Front desk Ed and his team will make sure you have an amazing trip And the fire pit in the garden has enough seating for a dozen family members to sit and visit and once in a while, they even bring out the sโmores. We will go back several times a year."
