"The manager was absolutely outstanding and helpful on our arrival and then again on our departure-he went beyond the call of duty walking outside to give us directions as an example. Our room safe was not working properly when we arrived and a maintenance person showed up and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes Great location in the center of town. A nice terrace bar where we also had breakfast an added bonus"

"We had a room on the 4 th floor, windows were facing the city, it was spectacular view. Old fashioned door knobs, very neoclassical atmosphere with modern beds and bathrooms. It was very French ambiance. Maybe outside was not the best view when exiting the hotel but proximity to metra, trains no one can beat! Sound isolation is excellent, I never heard any outside noise."
