"Unfortunately I experienced a hot water issue similar to my stay at La Quinta in Plattsburgh NY.I checked in on aThursday after working a 14 hour day and went to shower , no hot water , called the front desk and explained the issue.The following day I went to the front desk and explained to a different front desk clerk the hot water issue and asked to be moved to another room that had hot water,clerk said they were fully booked and would see what he could do,Saturday the third day without hot water and no shower I was getting very annoyed,I then spoke with yet again a different clerk and also spoke with the manager and maintenance guy which again I was told they are working on it and that I could move to another room on Sunday. I had just worked 7 straight 14 hour days and my only day off I have to pack up and move to the other end of the building. I never once received a phone call from the manager or any other employees during the 3 days without hot water.i felt that management had very little concern and poor communication skills with its guests.Cleaning staff were great ! Unfortunately many guests smoke cigarettes and pot in the rooms."

"Room had multiple carpet stains one which was sticky and one of the sheets for the bedding which I didn’t use (I got a double bed room) had some stain on it and some dry liquid on the wall. Fridge door was left opened so took time to get it cold. Also the extra blanket wasn’t even folded. Just left on the shelf. Seems like whoever is taking care of the site is not really putting any time or thought into cleaning. Pro shot should have stayed next door at La Quinta. For the extra 15$ I would have been glad too. I would never have paid the amount I paid if I had known. "

"Samedi à 8h30 il n'y avait plus d'œufs, de saucisse et de muffins. Ils ont rempli le comptoir vers 9hrs seulement. À la piscine vendredi il y avait une grosse couette de cheveux près de la piscine et samedi soir elle y était encore. Les 2 jours nous avons dû demander des serviettes pour la piscine car ils n'y en avaient plus. À notre arrivé le vendredi notre carte magnétique ne fonctionnait pas. Le samedi nous avons dû aussi aller la faire changer car elle ne fonctionnait plus."
