"The staff was polite and responsive. I dont usually have alot negative to say but this place did not stand up to the reviews. Extremely dirty everywhere in the room. Floor, behind beds, bathroom. Blood stained mattress cover, blood on the wall by bathroom sink. The bathroom door has splatters of probably soap snd toothpaste all over it. Because of a bad experience at another location we always check the bed and area to just make sure we have no surprises. I have pictures but dont know if I can post them. The TV had a single channel in Spanish and no source to cable. Remote did not work. Had ask for a working blow dryer too this morning. The refrigerator had rhe good freezer on top but was dirty in the fridge section. The night stand was being raised in the feont by a book to keep the drawers from repeatedly opening. Just overall disgusting experience. There was even debris in the tub and a dead bug. And the shower was barely warm at full throttle on hot water and the pressure was so bad glad I didn't have longer or thicker hair. I would if had to be in there Sorry but no way I could ever recommend this place"

"My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors."
