"The front desk attendant was not there when I arrived … I waited about 10 mins before someone was there… was frustrating .. she finally arrived & said “I was putting a pizza in” 😣
The room was clean but had a funky smell ( not fresh). The hotel is located near a highway … heard highway noise all night & at 4:30 AM the garbage truck came & emptied the dumpster … very loud!
The room was a “value” price … I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay again. "

"The place feels outdated, and charging for parking is frustrating. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming either. I also noticed the front desk staff speaking rudely to a member of the cleaning team, which was disappointing to see—everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I used to admire DoubleTree, but after this experience, I won’t be staying there again."
