"This hotel was built with the concept of modern, stark style like a ship container look. Floors in the dining area were exposed concrete, unfinished look and the ceilings showed the ducts and piping painted black. When we checked in at 2 am, the receptionist was friendly and even came up with us to show how door code entry worked. The room was small, no complimentary water, coffee/tea service. There was only one chair for two persons. The king sized bed was comfortable and room service was excellent. WiFi was adequate but received text messages at the airport when unable to receive them at the hotel. One negative is that we could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. For a modern hotel, this was surprising in that thicker walls or sound reducing materials were not used to block the noise. Location of the hotel was convenient for walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood. "
