J ai fait une reclamation a l hotel. Ladirection gps n est pas bonne. J ai appele pas de reponse. L adresse n est pas bonne.je demande le remvoursement n ayant aucune prestation. C est inacceptable. J ai du trouve un logement de dernoere minute la nuit. .
