"After u arrived to Doha they told me they don’t have airport shuttle even when I booked my hotel I looked for hotel with airport shuttle do to my short connecting flight I took Uber Back-and-forth to the hotel Second, I booked Half board with my reservation when I went to eat they said they don’t have buffet and my option from the menu was very limited and cheap even though I paid $46 extra for the half board My option was One advertiser and one sandwich Third the location for the hotel it’s by the old doha Airport Not much activities and options around the hotel"

"Don’t ! I’m not sure if it’s because it’s Ramadan but this was the WORST experience. Qatar is such a clean country for this hotel not meet its standard . It had many sanitation violations ….roach , blood stains on lamps , stained toilets , stained sheets , never swept floors. Then the noise was so annoying everyday they constantly were fixing . Leak in ceiling in main lobby , no pool access because rooftop was under construction and unsafe. And worst of all NO customer service ! Doesn’t greet with smile , or anything (supervisor especially). I can list more but I’m sure you get the point ! I promise I never leave bad reviews anywhere but this was just deplorable and disgusting. Being stranded I was to receive free meals and they refused to give me even tho it’s sponsored by government. Only good thing , it’s walking distance to metro."
