A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We honestly did not want to leave! "Property itself was very satisfactory. TV did not work. The door to the room is full glass with a curtain so privacy not great. Ensuite fine. Air conditioning worked. Bed linen / towels worn out. The first room I was offered had no window except the fully glass door so I asked for an alternative. The property is surrounded by noisy building works. on the plus side the property is in close proximity to the beach and other hotels and restaurants. "
