"Great location and really good sized apartment for a couple. Had everything you'd need. Bedroom was a little tight but no real complaints, just a bit snug getting it in!
Staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in and were able to answer any questions we had. They even helped us sort out where to keep our luggage safe after we checked out at a sister hotel. Located in a great place just outside the centre, but within minutes you were there. Perfect for us. Will definitely use...

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"This is a nice place, the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG
Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHGUtrecht
10/10 Excellent
The location inside a mall is very convenient as there are food places and supermarkets very nearby. In addition, it is next to the station. To look for the entrance, it is necessary to head towards the basement - even this was hard to find as the mall is large! The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was also large, and the bed extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!
