De kamers waren erg duf en heel roemerig, verder was het personeel wel heel vriendelijk. Let op er is mogelijkheid tot een zwembad, sauna en Turks stoombad bij het hoofdhotel. Daar moet je ook inchecken.

De gemiddelde arbeidsmigrant is beter gehuisvest. Het leek wel een bunker, vieze, kapotte vitrage, geen fohn, oude bende.

De ligging is perfect. Het appartement was matig. Het was donker en wat vochtig. Wel fijn met buitenruimte, maar het terras was niet netjes geveegd en er stond onkruid. Verder was het erg gehorig. Het personeel van het Parkhotel met inchecken was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook fijn om het zwembad en wellnes daar te mogen gebruiken.

was een leuk appartement, inderdaad een beetje gedateerd. maar dat is geen enkel probleem. inchecken was wat ingewikkeld, app. op no 34 en sleutel halen op no 68. ingang niet goed aangegeven. douche moet je in de hand houden, was niet te verstellen. verder ideaal verblijf. ook op loopafstand van centrum . zeer aan te bevelen.

Perfect hotel for the pandemic (no restaurants) so an apartment-style hotel with our own kitchen was the perfect place to stay. The apartment itself was very large, nicely furnished and warm during the winter cold snap we experienced.

We zijn al eerder op deze locatie, we wisten al dat bij appartementen geen balie e.o receptie is, althans buiten een bord hang op de muur met de text receptie en een uitleg ! Je moet dan lopen of met de auto 200 meter verder op, aan de rechter kant, Grotte gebouw van mergel, parking er in en naar de balie toe ! de Appartament zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, bed is echt comfortabel, je hoef er geen wekker op te zetten de vogels in de omgeving zorgen er voor :) ! Appartament ligt niet zo ver van het centrum af ! Paar minuten lopen ! We zullen er zeker nog een keer terug ! Parking in appartementen complex moet je betalen maar het is een stukje goedkoper dan in Valkenburg zelf !

Not impressed

Check in was at the hotel down the street, the main entrance was more a hidden back door which we could reach by walking through a wall of smoke with our daughter.. The apartment wasn’t the one we booked, so we didn’t have two bedrooms. Also it wasn’t cleaned, so we arrived to dirty dishes, towels and beds that were used. After calling reception they send someone over to clean. When we arrived back, it was sort of clean. Unfortunately there was still a coffeepad in the machine, she shower isn’t very clean, there is one soap dispenser which is not clean at all. We found out a second bed, that we could fold out in the living room, but because of the way the apartment looked, we didn’t even want to try it. The entrance of the apartments looks very nice, unfortunately that’s it, this place needs serious renovation and a new cleaning staff.

Appartement keurig schoon en zeer goede bedden. Heerlijke badkamer. Klein maar compleet. Minpunt vind ik echt de vloerbedekking....die is behoorlijk gedateerd en met vlekken. Verder vond ik de prijs kwaliteitverhouding iets aan de hoge kant maar dat had misschien te maken met mijn verblijfsperiode?

Quite good after a bad start

Spacious apartment in ideal location, clean with almost everything you would need apart fron atoaster and iron, though this was not an issue. Carpet in bedroom had seen better days and the large terrace would have been nice to sit out in if it wasnt for all the weeds which were also at the entrance. Check in was a nightmare, we were given akey for 34 but not told we had to enter at 36! Up once again to the hotel only to find out you needed a key card to gain entry. Got there eventually but found the process very frustrating after travelling all day.

Heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf, hetgeen wat we misten was toch wel een informatiefolder wat er allemaal te doen is, hoe de televisie en kookplaat werkt, welke zenders er zijn etc. totaal niks geen info dat misten we wel. verder heerlijk genoten, alles netjes schoon en fijne bedden

Very nice and conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay in Valkenburg and the apartment was very comfortable for our stay. Good amount of space to spread out...except for the bathroom! It was clean but very small, especially the shower! It wasn’t a problem for my son or I but my husband had a tough time. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

het appartement (34.a) was zeer groot en schoon. echter, de stank was vreselijk, en dat bleef zo 3 dagen lang. een combi van sigarettenrook en goedkope aftershave. er werd volop gerookt op de terrassen en doordat de ramen openstonden kwam dat allemaal het appartement ingewaaid. iemand met een slechte geursmaak heeft het wellicht proberen te verbloemen met de aftershave/deo. verder zit er boven de slaapkamer een lichtkoepel die niet goed is afgesloten (dit hebben we zelf na 2 dagen gedaan via het dak :') er zit nl wel een soort doek overheen maar die waaide open) Het in en uit checken bij parkhotel is uiteindelijk ook best vervelend. je mag wel van de faciliteiten daar gebruik maken maar let op want op woensdag is het zwembad bezet door zwemles oid. Het buitenzwembad bij de appartementen is fijn (niet verwarmd)maar alles is wel sterk verouderd
