Arrived at the hotel at midnight, there was no staff at the front. Tried to make a phone be call written there but there was no answer.
Even though I left some message on SMS, they don't answer.
Finally I drove home without staying in the rain. I don't think it's good as much as it should be."
"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing. We bought products to try to nullify the smell, which helped a little but not enough. ...

"Everything is ok, but the breakfast is the best. There are many varity choices and delicious. However, there was a blackout for a couple hours from 7-9pm during our stay which is quite annoy. "
"The Place is a bit difficult to find, the property has no signage on, probably due being still not entirely finished. Bedding and Towels surprising good quality, Room sparsely Furniture'd. However: Getting ready to leave I take a seat on provide (only 1) Plastic chair, which (I am 72 kilo) cracks on the Seat in half and I am almost landing on the ground. Mind you, I am slightly disabled (recent spine surgery). On check out we inform the reception of this which goes on the Phone forward backward and then demands us to pay the chair, which I naturally refuse to. Manager does not make an appearance but sends an assistant lady. The Lady does not see the fact that the furniture is faulty and insists on us to pay for the chair, only after I threaten the Hotel to take legal actions finally our deposit is being returned and the matter put to rest. Do not stay at this place, never mind the special discounted offers."
