"Parking was good, staff were professional.
The towels were fraying. The pillows were old and need replacing. Breakfast bar was very different from other super 8's I have stayed At. Not much to choose from.
The king bed was very comfortable except the pillows
Great location. Quiet area. Walk to down town is very close. "
"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience.
On the positive side, the rooms were fairly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. The water pressure was very poor, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay.
More concerning, however, was our interaction with the hotel’s operations manager. We had guests over for a bit to enjoy dinner in our room. The operations manager came to our room 3x to complain about the noise, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager approached us in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. The interaction escalated to the point where she was swearing at us, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional."
"Our room smelled terrible when we arrived. Like nauseating, like puke, or possibly bacteria from the shower drain. We had to bring in body spray and open the windows. The headboards are fabric and had crustys. I just was not very comfortable based on those things. Also, one if our mattresses was short, my feet hung over the edge, as I wasn't keen on getting too close to the headboard. Staff was polite. I was super disappointed the pools were not open. Based on the pictures, and reading that they were heated, I thought they would be a fun activity for the kids. I guess the listing had put 'seasonal' and I had missed it, the low price in off-season was not worth it. I will book somewhere else next time."
"The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were really " wet", hashbrowns tasted stale, sasauge were gross. We actually had to throw it out and go get breakfast. We didn't even try it the next few days"

6/10 Okay
"The place was economical, but it was not as clean as we were expecting. The room was nice and decent and clean, but I believe some rooms need an upgrade. There was a chemical smell in the lobby that was very strong when we arrived, but it had dissipated by the evening."
"The hotel is great for a ton of kids to run around. However, sadly it’s so run down. Scratches on the headboards, stained floors and walls are dirty and in need of a refresher.
The staff are lovely, but the age of the "
"My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Upon arriving in my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were stained, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, regardless of price point. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this was a major concern.
In the morning, I went to the breakfast room during the advertised hours, only to find that there was no food available. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially as breakfast was one of the amenities that influenced my decision to stay here.
To make matters worse, I spent a significant portion of the night listening to a neighboring guest who appeared to be under the influence and going through withdrawal. The noise and disturbance made it nearly impossible to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. I had booked two nights here. In the morning I tried to cancel my second night and they refused a refund. So I left and booked a room at a neighbouring hotel a paid for my second night even tho I wasn’t there.
Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and disruptive environment, I would not recommend staying here."
