"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues.
