Super séjour avec du personnel hyper agréable. Spécialement le gérant Hector avec qui nous avons eu énormément de plaisir. La propreté et l'entretien peuvent être améliorés, mais selon moi ce sont des détails qui rendent l'expérience encore plus intéressante pour quelqu'un qui veut vivre le quotidien d'un citoyen à Puerto Rico. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, ce fut dur de quitter.

My first time in Puerto Rico and all of the staff was amazing, very accommodating with great hospitality. We wanted for nothing! Usually I like to try different hotels when I return to places I've taken trips to. This hotel and staff will be hard to beat. Thank you Krissy and Nelly to help make my vacation the best it could be!

"Excellent location for a getaway. Great views of the sea. Access to Palomino Island is a super plus. Coqui Water is very good for the kids. Food in the restaurant was ok in some location, very good in others. Prices very good. I do recommend Paletta America."
