"While the location and actual space was what we were looking for the communication with host was the worst we have experienced. There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response. I showed them the confirmation I had from hotels.com (with two rooms) and they showed me their Expedia confirmation with only a single room. The hotel also informed me that they were sold out, I had to find another hotel last minute, as I had a dinner meeting 30 minutes later "
