"The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. "Beautiful B&B away from city center and the major drawbacks are the massive potholes in the streets and the limited walkable eating places. The furnishings and kitchenette were excellent and if you want a quiet place away from the touristy areas, this is the place. The staff was very friendly and were able to call for taxis as needed"

"The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. "
