"Notre nuit fut top, on y regrette juste qu’au niveau de la chambre parental il n’y ait pas de Clim et surtout la douche au milieu de l’espace chambre avec vitre transparente ce qui ne permet pas de prendre une douche car c’est face au reste de la famille. Une solution nous est proposé qui est le paravent à déplacer, mais celui ci était tellement lourd qu’une femme ne serait le déplacer. Sinon c’était propre, accueillant et c’est un magnifique cadre. "Je tiens tout d abord à m excuser auprès d Olivier pour le désagrément causer par mes soins . Lors de mon séjour de 2 nuits j ai profité de la piscine. Suite à ma baignade j ai pris une douche et c'est là que j ai remarqué que mon short de bain était entrain de lâcher une couleur rose, qui a malheureusement tâcher le sol dr la douche et le tapis de bain blanc/ gris. "Perched high above Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the views are terrific. The rooms are exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished. The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem. Highly recommend for an experience...

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly used stairs. Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive. If you can avoid a car in Biarritz, I would. It’s a very walkable place. "
