"At first day they refused to serve breakfast because we arrived at 9.15am while checking in time receptionist told us breakfast finished at 10.00am. In 3 days stay no one cleaned our room and provided any towels and paper cups and toiletries. Big disappointment. We will never stay in this hotel again. We went for our son Pilot Graduation and had Avery bad experience at this hotel. Very rude and disrespectful staff overall."
