Apartamento aconchegante para um casal. Ar condicionado fraco e instalado de forma provisória. Ao chegar apartamento estava limpo, porém não houve serviço de limpeza diária.

O edifício é também, pelo que pude entender, comercial e residencial. Não fornece nenhum serviço de limpeza ou alimentação para os "hóspedes" e está em condições bens ruins. O apartamento, entretanto, é bem legal, apesar de apertado para cinco hóspedes. A localização é ideal: perto de bons restaurantes e da rua onde os bares legais ficam. O preço foi o mais em conta.

O apart que locamos muito bom, mobília e eletrodomésticos novos, apartamento limpo , arejado, os cômodos bem distribuídos uma TV que é um espetáculo, estacionamento fechado e portaria 24 horas.

Um pouco antigo os móveis do apartamento em que fiquei com janelas e portas com defeito mas nada que não possa ser consertado no mais gostei bastante do espaço interno do quarto.

O apartamento é bem localizado (bairro Jatiúca), de frente para a orla com movimentação e segurança até de madrugada. A proximidade com o comércio e os serviços oferecidos no térreo do edifício pode atender os turistas com preços competitivos, tais como transfers, aluguéis de carros, passeios para os pontos turísticos e salão de beleza. O prédio possui wi-fi, mas é lento e pega mal no apartamento em que fiquei. Como pontos negativos, tivemos a geladeira com dificuldades para fechar a porta (precisa trocar a borracha) e a água do vaso sanitário que às vezes vazava. Resolvendo esses problemas, a estada ficaria ainda mais agradável.

Bela vista para o mar e muito confortável. Deve-se apenas se preparar com uma comprinha básica ( papel higiênico, água e o que mais for consumir). A cama não é muito grande, porém confortável para casal sem bebê. A televisões do quarto era de 14" de tubo e da sala 20" não sintonizava muito bem. Boa conexão wi-fi.
