We asked about the VIP benefit when we checked in and received nothing. The staff were very good otherwise. The room was in ok condition, and it was not sound proof at all as we heard noise from all the rooms around us - TV noise, people talking, etc…The breakfast was very good, the location of the hotel was excellent, and the views from our room were also amazing.

Es un muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación, desayuno completísimo. Los detalle hacen la diferencia y todos los días la mucama dejaba una figura en toalla que alegraba un poco el día. Recomendado.

Esperava mais do hotel quando fiz a reserva, sobretudo pelo valor das diárias, mas o quarto deixou a desejar, não tinha ventilação externa, o ar condicionado estava com um odor de mofo , ou seja precisava trocar o filtro. O café da manhã por outro lado estava excelente. De qualquer forma acho que precisa melhorar em alguns quesitos .

O hotel fez barulho em todos os dias que lá estive

O que mais me irritou no hotel foi o barulho causado a partis das 18h em todos os dias que lá estive, em razão de festas bancadas pelo hotel- mesmo no quinto andar, escutava o barulho e isso dificultou meu desejado relaxamento. Não gostei da iluminação, pareciam luzes de hospital, especialmente o corredor que dá acesso aos quartos. As luzes do quarto também são do mesmo estilo, o oposto do aconchego. A decoração do quarto é de uma pousada rústica, não tem qualquer toque cool ou sobriedade,ao contrário, é bastante genérica, sem personalidade. As amenities de banho são genéricas e de má qualidade. O café da manhã está na média de hotéis do mesmo nível. A cama e os travesseiros são ruins. No primeiro dia, acordei com um torcicolo. A equipe é simpática e prestativa, exceto as pessoas que estavam no check in, um rapaz mexia seu celular de forma entediada enquanto a atendente de uma maneira quase desconfiada fazia meu check in. Não voltaria.

A vista do quarto é muito linda ! Foi o motivo principal ter escolhido o hotel, café da manhã muito bom, quarto grande, colchão e travesseiros maravilhosos , banheiro também era grande com um ótimo chuveiro. Pelo que percebi o hotel está sendo revitalizado , fiquei no terceiro andar ainda não tinha recebido as mudanças, mas acredito que em breve estará tudo mais novo .

Absolutamente perfeito!!! Quarto amplo e superconfortável, com camas e travesseiros ótimos!! Banheiro com ducha forte e toalhas bem felpudas!! Espaço sobrando pra alocar malas e roupas. Vista linda do mar pelos janelões do quarto! Café da manhã absurdamente variado!!! Reposição permanente dos funcionários sempre atentos e solícitos. Aos fins de semana tem música com happy hour na beira da piscina. O único ponto a melhorar é o elevador, que poderia ser "inteligente".
