Chegada no hotel foi ok , mas as fotos não condizem com a propriedade, chegamos no nosso quarto enfestado de mosquitos, tinha uma aranha enorme dentro do quarto, ar condicionado molhando o quarto , café da manhã bem basico, chegamos no hotel por volta das 05h da manhã , e fomos embora as 09h do mesmo dia, procurar outro hotel pois aquele não havia condições de ficar.

Fui passar apenas uma noite, para não dirigir a noite. O hotel, se é que podemos chamar assim, está em estado de abandono. Não se vê uma alma viva por lá... quartos velhos com cheiro de mofo, sem telefone, chuveiro sem esquentar, ar condicionado velho e barulhento, tv sem funcionar... a noite tudo escuro... quase não dormi pois a sensação era que a qualquer momento alguém iria invadir o quarto de tamanha isolação... eu acho que só havia eu e minha esposa no hotel...gigante e abandonado, parecia uma versão praiana do hotel do filme O iluminado.

Infelizmente não gostei, assim que cheguei não fui bem recebido, o quarto assim que entramos tinha cheiro de mofo, toalhas de banho tinha algumas manchas, ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, cofre quebrado, tomadas não são atuais de 3 pinos, e a limpeza do ambiente não era feita corretamente, e sem contar do serviço de quarto que não foram trocar as toalhas e nem arrumar o quarto, minha estadia terminava na terça feira meio dia fomos embora na segunda-feira a tarde!!

Durante nossa estadia, notamos que as instalações físicas do hotel estavam em decadência, com evidente falta de manutenção em aspectos fundamentais. A vegetação está tomando de conta do hotel e à noite, as várias lâmpadas queimadas deixam a área externa em completa escuridão. Os móveis do quarto eram antigos, a cama desconfortável, e o ar-condicionado, barulhento e pouco eficiente. O café da manhã é razoável. A única área positiva do hotel, a piscina, foi obscurecida pelo péssimo atendimento do restaurante e quiosque. Os funcionários, aparentemente frustrados pela condição precária do hotel, não se esforçaram para proporcionar uma experiência agradável. Lamentavelmente, a estrutura do hotel está se deteriorando ao longo do tempo, resultando em uma estadia decepcionante. Felizmente, tínhamos reservado apenas uma diária. Não recomendaria esta hospedagem.

Quarto não tem interfone, tem que ligar pra recepção e eles não atendem o telefone. Restaurante com poucas opções de cardápio. Pedi um file com fritas a carne veio fria. Estrutura do hotel deixa um pouco a desejar.

Estadia boa, tranquila. Lugar muito bonito porém precisando de manutenção. Por ser uma área grande, tipo fazenda, sugiro que o Hotel disponibilize triciclos, cadeiras de rodas, para acessibilidade de pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção, idosos, obesos pois a piscina fica distante dos aptos, restaurante.
