Fiz a reserva pelo hotĆ©is.com e na chegada eles foram muito educados. O quarto nao era dos melhores, as toalhas tb estavam bem velhas, e para nossa surpresa estĆ£o reformando o andar abaixo do nosso, fomos acordados com barulho de furadeira. Mais uma vez o pessoal da recepĆ§Ć£o foi muito generosos e educados. Nos deram um quarto melhor, toalhas diferentes novas e macias, cafeteira e caixa de som. Sem contar o roupĆ£o.Cafe da manha estava muito bom todos os dias, super organizado. O hotel tem garagem e assim como o pessoal da recepĆ§Ć£o todos muito educados.

Muy buen hotel.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicaciĆ³n, servicio y comida. Es segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y si voy nuevamente a MaceiĆ³, me alojarĆ© nuevamente ahi. Buena relaciĆ³n precio calida, ubicado frente a la mejor playa de la ciudad, y la comida del bufet rica, variada y a un precio razonable.

Utilizei muito esta rede de hotĆ©is de 2019 a 2022, inclusive a unidade da Praia do FrancĆŖs. A de MaceiĆ³ desta vez foi uma decepĆ§Ć£o. HĆ³spedes entrando pedalando bicicletas e as estacionando no saguĆ£o principal; infraestrutura de camareiras incapaz de dar conta da ocupaĆ§Ć£o total em funĆ§Ć£o do carnaval; toalhas velhas e comida ruim se comparadas as de anos atrĆ”s. Recepcionistas sem experiĆŖncia. A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© a melhor de MaceiĆ³, mas precisam melhorar o atendimento para voltar a ser um bom hotel.
