Old hotel, not even close to be a 4 star

My expectations was for a 4 star hotel, but this is way far from it. Itā€™s an old place with everything under a 2-star hotel including bed sheets, towels. For the price paid itā€™s a shame.

Quarto limpo porem o banheiro uma lĆ”stima. Com vazamentos constantes na pia e no box do chuveiro. Vivia alagado. A pia do banheiro minĆŗscula e joga agua para fora. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© razoĆ”vel. Quarto amplo, limpeza excelente, os funcionĆ”rios entĆ£o nem se fala : muito gentis, corteses e eficientes!!! A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© excelente tambĆ©m: bem prĆ³ximo a praia, restaurantes, bares, agĆŖncias bancĆ”rias, lavanderia, salĆ£o de beleza e comĆ©rcio em geral. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ tem uma boa variedade. JĆ” estive em outras unidades da rede mas esse realmente estĆ” precisando de um pouco mais de cuidado na manutenĆ§Ć£o. As toalhas que recebemos estavam beeeem surradas (algumas inclusive puĆ­das) e encardidas. Mas super recomendo pelo custo benefĆ­cio. Gosto demais dessa rede.

Gostaria de registrar minha avaliaĆ§Ć£o sobre a hospedagem no Intercity Hotels. JĆ” conheƧo a rede e inclusive jĆ” me hospedei em outras unidades pelo Brasil, sempre com experiĆŖncias positivas. No entanto, desta vez fiquei bastante insatisfeito, especialmente em relaĆ§Ć£o Ć  limpeza do quarto. O banheiro encontrava-se visivelmente sujo, e a higienizaĆ§Ć£o do quarto foi claramente insuficiente, aparentando apenas uma limpeza superficial. Havia presenƧa de cabelos, poeira acumulada ā€” inclusive embaixo das camas ā€” e sinais evidentes de que nĆ£o houve uma limpeza adequada. Esse aspecto comprometeu significativamente a experiĆŖncia, gerando desconforto e atĆ© certa inseguranƧa quanto Ć s condiƧƵes de higiene do ambiente. Em relaĆ§Ć£o Ć  estrutura do quarto, hĆ” pontos de desgaste que poderiam ser melhorados, mas acredito que passariam despercebidos caso a limpeza estivesse em um padrĆ£o adequado. Diante disso, deixo meu registro na expectativa de que sejam tomadas providĆŖncias para melhoria, especialmente no controle de qualidade da limpeza, que Ć© um item essencial em qualquer hospedagem.
