Funcionários educados e prestativos O elevador não estava funcionando, o café fraco demais e as quatro tomadas do quarto estavam sem energia, pra carregar o celular tive que tirar a tomada do frigobar ou usar a do banheiro.

Hotel de excelente localização, porém simples

A localização é ótima, a uma quadra da orla, da praia com corais, de locais para comer, o atendimento é bom, porém o hotel é antigo e simples. O quarto é pequeno, poderia ser melhor cuidado, o banheiro para tomar banho é apertado para quem tem que dar banho em criança pequena. O café é simples, mas resolve, porém poderia abrir um pouco mais cedo, talvez as 6h, pois abrir as 6h30 afeta a saída de alguns passeios, acaba ficando sem café.

Meu Aniversário foi top em Maceió.

É a segunda vez que fico no ritz hotel como da primeira vez foi tudo perfeito quarto confortável banheiro bem limpo o Wi-Fi pegou bem o café da manhã muito bom e a localização é o ponto forte fica perto dos pontos turísticos já estou com saudades..

Boa estadia!

Voltei ao hotel por causa da localização, que é muito boa. O atendimento é muito bom, equipe bastante prestativa. A limpeza dos ambientes é boa também, mas o café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, senti falta de um colaborador mais próximo dos hóspedes

O hotel é ótimo pelo custo benefício. Do lado de uma das melhores praias e pontos turísticos. Região extremamente segura, eu andava a noite com uma amiga... Galera que avaliou negativo, é porque quer algo 5 estrelas, só pode. Porque pelo custo da diária, com café e ótima região, o hotel estava excelente.

Hotel com um atendimento excelente. Uma ótima localização. Como fiquei no quarto 101, acabei não dormindo direito por causa do barulho da rua e as bandeiras do hotel incomodavam por causa do vendo que estava bem forte. Mas mesmo assim, recomendo.

Pela foto bela viola, o resto....

A foto bonita é da parte reformada, o resto é caindo aos pedaços. Pedimos quarto para um casal com criança e colocaram uma cama no quarto adaptando, ficou pessimo, atrapalhando para entrar no quarto, sufocante. Tentamos trocar de quarto e pagar a mais, mas justificaram que tinha uma excursão e não dava.

Hotel muito bom

Hotel em edificação antiga mas muito bem conservado, pertinho da orla de ponta verde, café da manhã muito bom, funcionarios solícitos e educados. Nao utilizamos veiculo alugado por opção mas as vagas para estacionamento sao limitadas. Excelente relação custo benefício.

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próximo da orla de Maceió. A vista da piscina, idem. Porém, o hotel é antigo, esta sob reforma, chuveiro elétrico, elevador não confiável.

Nao voltaria

Dos 5 dias que ficamos, o elevador nao funcionou em 4. No primeiro dia o quarto estava sujo com bastante cabelo no chao e na roupa de cama, reclamamos e depois nao tivemos mais problemas com isso. O café da manhã poderia ser mais cedo por conta dos passeios que as vezes saem bem cedo e se você toma depois das 8h praticamente nao existe reposição. A localização é excelente e os funcionários sao simpáticos e solícitos.
