Hotel de excelente localização, porém simples

A localização é ótima, a uma quadra da orla, da praia com corais, de locais para comer, o atendimento é bom, porém o hotel é antigo e simples. O quarto é pequeno, poderia ser melhor cuidado, o banheiro para tomar banho é apertado para quem tem que dar banho em criança pequena. O café é simples, mas resolve, porém poderia abrir um pouco mais cedo, talvez as 6h, pois abrir as 6h30 afeta a saída de alguns passeios, acaba ficando sem café.

Três pontos para melhorarem e tornar a estadia top

Poderia ter sido incrível se pelo menos três pontos tivessem ocorrido, principalmente porque estávamos com uma criança de 1 ano e 4 meses: primeiro, ao chegarmos, não fomos ajudados com as bagagens e malas; segundo, fomos informados que o nosso quarto era o 601, ou seja, 6° andar, porém o elevador só subia até o quinto andar, ainda tínhamos mais um lance de escadas para subir, com criança e malas e bagagens, o que já potencializava o primeiro ponto; terceiro, e último, no penúltimo dia de estadia, à noite, por volta das 18:30, ao chegar ao hotel de um passeio, nos foi informado que o hotel estava sem água. Já com relação ao atendimento e limpeza do nosso quarto, foi tudo dentro do normal.

Faltam ser mais claros, referente ao estacionamento. Vendem as estadia, com estacionamento, chegando lá ao estacionar, tem umas placas informando que ¨Não reservam vagas¨, caso sai e na volta não tenha mais vaga, não é arranjado outro local. Deu sorte, deixei o carro na vaga e so saí no outro dia para ir embora. Outra coisa é op horário da piscina, fui embora depois das 08hs,e a área da piscina encontrava-se fechada. O chuveiro não tinha água quente.

Pela foto bela viola, o resto....

A foto bonita é da parte reformada, o resto é caindo aos pedaços. Pedimos quarto para um casal com criança e colocaram uma cama no quarto adaptando, ficou pessimo, atrapalhando para entrar no quarto, sufocante. Tentamos trocar de quarto e pagar a mais, mas justificaram que tinha uma excursão e não dava.

Hotel com um atendimento excelente. Uma ótima localização. Como fiquei no quarto 101, acabei não dormindo direito por causa do barulho da rua e as bandeiras do hotel incomodavam por causa do vendo que estava bem forte. Mas mesmo assim, recomendo.

Dos 5 dias que ficamos, o elevador nao funcionou em 4. No primeiro dia o quarto estava sujo com bastante cabelo no chao e na roupa de cama, reclamamos e depois nao tivemos mais problemas com isso. O café da manhã poderia ser mais cedo por conta dos passeios que as vezes saem bem cedo e se você toma depois das 8h praticamente nao existe reposição. A localização é excelente e os funcionários sao simpáticos e solícitos.

Resumindo é um Hotel para passar uma noite. Pontos Positivos: Possui boa localização, os (as) funcionários (as) são simpáticos (as). O bamheiro também é bom. Recepção é organizada e tem um cheirinho bom. Pontos Negativos: Estacionamento pequeno e rotativo, se for sair pegue um Urber pra não perder a vaga. Café da manhã com poucas opções, o cuscuz parecia pedra. Paredes com Partes mofadas. Essa agora é pra rir.... O elevador quebrava todo dia. No primeiro dia, tivemos que subir até o 6 andar carregando as malas pelas escadas. Detalhe: o elevador só vai até o 5 andar e quem estiver no 6, tem que subir escada.

Hotel estava com o elevador quebrado, foi um transtorno, estava com dois idosos e não conseguimos um quarto no térreo, tivemos que deixar eles no 3 andar , nosso outro quarto no 5 andar. Só fomos avisados após fazer o check in que o elevador estava quebrado, um absurdo e não podia cancelar a reserva, pois eles não reembolsava.
